An Intimate Evening with Kiko Kornejo
Kiko Kornejo, the prodigiously talented lead singer and lead guitarist for The Mavericks, one of the most popular bands in Mexico, has embarked on an acoustic solo act. An Intimate Evening with Kiko Kornejo blends rock, blues, funk, and classic favorites. He covers timeless hits from legendary acts like The Beatles, B.B. King, Dire Straits, and John Mayer.
Kornejo has chosen the intimate lounge setting of Johnny’s Piano Bar, Mesones #101, for his solo show, scheduled for Thursday, July 16, at 6:30pm.
The first edition of the show, earlier this month at Johnny’s, booked up rapidly, and reservations are strongly recommended. Reservation tickets can be acquired at no charge (below). Your name(s) will be placed on an attendance list, and you can present your ticket image on your phone (or printed on plain paper), or simply give your name at the door.

There is a cover charge of 200 pesos, and no minimum consumption charge. Johnny’s Piano Bar serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, along with snacks (click HERE for a menu).
