Lady Zen’s Valentine’s Concert & Dinner: Late Show
The vocal sensation Lady Zen has lately been commuting between San Miguel, the city Zen calls home, and New York City, where the blues singer with an opera-trained voice recently performed at Lincoln Center and Birdland. Every Valentine’s Day, Zen has a tradition of putting on a spectacular show of romantic songs, backed by Mexico City’s topflight Royal Court Band.
This Valentine’s Day, Zen is thrilled to be performing at La Baha, the signature rooftop restaurant at the swank Hotel Amatte located at Salida Real a Queretaro #168 in San Miguel, Zona Centro.
La Baha offers stunning city views from its panoramic terrace, and has a reputation for impeccable service. The cuisine is prepared under the supervision of master chef Antonio de Livier, recipient of a Five Star Diamond Award. The hotel offers free parking and elevator service to the rooftop restaurant.
Zen has put together a romantic setlist that features songs of Sade, Anita Baker, Al Green, Stylistics, Amy Winehouse, and others. The Royal Court Band is an all-star ensemble composed of Armando Cuevas on guitar, Daniel Kuri on bass, Isaac Villagomez on drums, Javi Cuevas on keyboard, and Rodrigo CV on sax.
The concert includes a five-course dinner, a welcome cocktail, and wine pairing with your meal. The Valentine’s menu starts with a jumbo shrimp cocktail, followed by a burrata salad and Brussels sprouts fried rice, and as a main course, slow-roasted prime rib. The dessert, red velvet cake, comes with a sparkling rosé wine.
On Saturday, February 14, 2026, there will be two seatings and two performances. Seating for the late show commences at 7:30pm.
